About MPMS
The performance measurement system provides managers with an easy mode to collect, track, and report performance results to stakeholders. The system is divided into eleven functional areas and covers more than one-hundred twenty performance indicators. The functional areas and indicators utilized in the measurement system were designed to provide for broad usability throughout government.

The Municipal Performance Measurement System:
• Allows for standardized and consistent collection of performance measures across all users
• Automatically generates percentage measures to allow for general benchmarking across comparable municipalities
• Automatically generates line and bar graphs to display images depicting performance information
• Can readily be updated or changed to incorporate any performance indicators
• Provides administrator access to all data recorded by municipalities
• Provides for standardized reporting of performance information to stakeholders

To view a sample of the system, click on Demo Login to the left of this screen.

Click on Functional Area in the menu and you will see the eleven service areas covered by the system. If you click on any one of the service areas you will see a sample of some of the measures included in the system.

To view instructions for the system, to see how easy it is to use, click on 'help' in the menu to the left. This will provide a step-by-step instruction set on how the system functions.
